1. General Policy
Due to the nature of grocery and food items, returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions as outlined below.
2. Eligible Items for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item delivered is damaged
- The item is expired
- The item is incorrect (wrong product delivered)
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item is missing from the order
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, meat, fish)
- Frozen items
- Dairy products
- Opened or used food items
- Personal care items
- Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
4. Time Frame to Report Issues
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Complaints reported after 24 hours will not be accepted
5. Condition for Returns
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided
- Clear photos/videos of the issue may be required
6. Return Process
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp / Phone / Email
- Share your order number and details of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
- Approved returns will be:
- Replaced with the same product, or
- Refunded as per policy
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Delivery charges are non refundable, unless the issue is from our side
8. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
10. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Limit returns from customers with excessive return history
