What are your delivery charges and locations across the UAE?

We offer home delivery services across all major emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, and Fujairah. While standard delivery fees apply across the UAE (often around AED 26), look out for special 2026 promotions, such as reduced delivery rates of AED 10 on specific days like Fridays for certain regions.

Are the products sold authentic and sourced directly from Sri Lanka?

Yes, we purchase our products from original companies and household brands in Sri Lanka to ensure authenticity. How do you handle the delivery of perishable or frozen items?

Frozen and chilled products are packaged using specialized insulation and ice packs to maintain their temperature for over 24 hours during transit. To ensure quality, we recommend that you are available to accept the delivery on the scheduled day and provide a working mobile number for our drivers.

What happens if a product I pre-ordered is unavailable?

Due to unforeseen seasonal factors or shipping delays from Sri Lanka, an item may occasionally become unavailable. If this happens, we provide options for a full refund (often as store credit for online payments) or the choice to replace the item with an alternative of equal value.
