At Jayalanka Foodstuff Trading, we aim to deliver authentic Sri Lankan groceries to your doorstep across the UAE in a timely and reliable manner.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas within the UAE:

• Dubai
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Abu Dhabi (selected areas)
• Other Emirates (subject to availability)

If your area is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days
• Same-day or next day delivery may be available for selected locations and orders placed before a cutoff time
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Delivery urgency (standard / express)
• Free delivery may be offered on orders above a minimum purchase amount (as announced on our website or social media)

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
• Customers will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email

5. Delivery Method

• All orders are delivered through our in-house delivery team or trusted third-party courier partners
• Products are packed carefully to maintain quality and hygiene standards
• Temperature-sensitive items are handled with extra care where applicable

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed or failed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
• Unreachable contact number
• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

• Our team will attempt to contact the customer
• Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers are advised to inspect items at the time of delivery
• Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

8. Special Notes for Perishable Items

• Perishable and frozen items should be refrigerated immediately after delivery
• Jayalanka Foodstuff Trading is not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed acceptance or improper storage by the customer

9. Address Changes

• Delivery address changes are allowed only before dispatch
• Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not possible

10. Order Tracking

• Order updates and delivery confirmations will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call
• Live tracking availability may vary based on delivery partner
