1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas within the UAE:
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Abu Dhabi (selected areas)
- Other Emirates (subject to availability)
If your area is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days
- Same-day or next day delivery may be available for selected locations and orders placed before a cutoff time
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Delivery urgency (standard / express)
- Free delivery may be offered on orders above a minimum purchase amount (as announced on our website or social media)
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Customers will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In such cases:
- Our team will attempt to contact the customer
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect items at the time of delivery
- Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

8. Special Notes for Perishable Items
- Perishable and frozen items should be refrigerated immediately after delivery
- Jayalanka Foodstuff Trading is not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed acceptance or improper storage by the customer
9. Address Changes
- Delivery address changes are allowed only before dispatch
- Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not possible
10. Order Tracking
- Order updates and delivery confirmations will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call
- Live tracking availability may vary based on delivery partner
